Including:

/ Range of businesses and products
/ Hands-on engineering background (SW and HW)
/ Hired, motivated, let go. Profited and overcame losses.
(Unlike a few other product managers...)
A few projects that I handled had multimillion-dollar budgets and more than 1 million users worldwide.
That taught me how to navigate complex social and engineering environments, where it is crucial to segregate parts of the product in which the impact and cost of an error carry not just financial consequences but also legal and reputational risks.
-
I collaborated with companies at 3 different stages
and of 3 sizes in 3 highly regulated domains:
finance, healthcare, and education.
- Two S&P 100 companies.
- Two growing companies, 100-200 people each, with established as well as new product lines.
- More than 5 startups with 2-10 people including ones backed by VCs and family offices. within the 1st year of existence and ones that have been fighting for market share for 3-5 years along with collaborating with many partners and solution vendors.
That gave a unique perspective on how product and engineering decisions are made depending on the nature of stakeholders, product vision, and accountability timelines.
- I'm not just "generally aware" about technology, mobile apps, machine learning, or AI. I've been actually building software for years, as a part of a team and individually.
Last but not least;]
That enables me to build trust with engineers hardware/firmware, mobile, and web
